Anna Warangkana Lin is Associate Professor and Senior Consultant of the International Affairs Office,
I-Shou University. She possesses administrative experience in both K-12 and higher education. Dr. Lin has been appointed as a Commissioner of the Kaohsiung International Relations Committee of Kaohsiung City Government in 2021-2023. She served as Dean of International and Cross-strait Affairs Office and Associate Dean of College of Language Arts. Prior to her career in higher education, she was Deputy Principal and senior administrator of I-Shou International School for more than a decade. Dr. Lin received her doctoral degree in Education from The University of Hong Kong and her master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Southern California. In her K-12 school experience, she led the international development of I-Shou International School including authorizations of three International Baccalaureate (IB) programs and accreditation of the Council of International Schools (CIS). She is a founding committee member of the International School Chinese Language Education and Workshop (ISCLE) organized annual conferences in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Australia since 2012. She has served as International Facilitator of the Summer Institute: Higher Education for Tomorrow organized by the Faculty of Education, The University of Hong Kong since 2015. Currently, she is also Executive Consultant and Interim Director of Research, Development and Supervision Center of I-Shou International School. She supports the school development in implementing the 21st century initiatives including maker education and technology integration in teaching & learning.
